Zero stars if I could. Completed an offer over a month ago. It goes through stages where it makes you wait 14 days for this and that. Almost like they’re trying not to pay out. Also randomly kicked me from my account and had trouble getting back in.

Total scam, thieving fraud app. Avoid.

Another bullshit app that is a complete scam. I transferred my sats to my ZBD account, and they closed the account immediately after with no way to open it again. Sats lost. If you try to contact support you end up in an empty page that says "This site can’t be reached".

Most offers stop tracking once they get to a higher payout of $1. Support is nonexistent. Avoid doing any of their offers at all costs.

They suspended my account and did not provide me a reason why. I had $200 of bitcoin in my wallet. Support gives me copy and pasted responses with absolutely no recourse to get my money back, and did not even provide a reason for the ban. Do not use this app, they will likely ban you and take your money eventually. This is a common issue with then.

I have been using ZBD for some years now. Although they have not been the greatest of the great or the worst of the worst, as far as using customer support goes, but I have had crediting issues lately on one offer and I can not get them to respond to any message I send to them. This, to me, means either 1 of 2 things...first, their support team has totally given up or is nonexistent as a whole. And second they are just so back logged that they dont have the immediate time to at least acknowledge me in the slightest. If it is due to the support team being back logged, what does that really say about their product? If you have so many tickets that need issues being handled then you have to look beyond the support team and dig deeper and see that this is more of a development issue and that they can no longer supply a quality app. As another review stated, its just a middle man wallet... and honestly it isn't even that useful as a middle man. It charges you for the smallest of lightning transfers when the lightning transfer to get the Satoshis to ZBD did not cost me anything but a few seconds time. It is a garbage app, with garbage development, and a support team that can not stand up for much longer with the weight they have to be holding on their shoulders.

They STOLE my sats and refuse to compensate me. Google and Apple MUST remove ALL apps that are supported by this company.
