Could be better
Could be better. The open dining area is not ideal. On my first day there I ended up with about 25 mosquito bites and malaria just during dinner alone. Which did spoil my ascent trip up Kilimanjaro.

Great for Tanzania travels!
Very well organized expeditions to Kilimanjaro. The Springlands hotel is all-in-one stop with well thought of facilities. The professionalism of the Zara Tours organization is fantastic. Highly recommended for individuals and group.

Best holiday of my life
Best holiday of my life. We are lucky to have a great tour guide like Paul. We saw 4 out 5 of the Big5. And all of our accommodation are very comfortable. Thanks Zara tours!

Kilimanjaro Trek and Post-Trek Safari
We had a fantastic experience with the Kilimanjaro trek via the Lemosho route in July 2017, and a great post-trek five-day safari. Staff are excellent. Trek guides Mndeme and John superstars. The lodges are all comfortable and staff superb. (Food is basic but good.) Zara is also well established in Tanzania. Good value.

Zara Tours, a very good and experienced company
Zara Tours is a very good, and experienced company especially about Kilimanjaro trekkings. I ascended with them to Kilimanjaro-Uhuru Peak on December, 4th, 2017. While descending we met people from the government ascending to the peak with Zara Tours t-shirts. The crew was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to everybody

Zara was great
Zara was great! Guides and porters were lovely. I did not like the way tipping was done. sitting at a table and sort of negotiating the tip. I would have liked to give some money to the porters personally, but they were never seen after our return to the hotel. Other then that, it was a great experience!
