Really Thankful
So far, it’s been a great experience. My initial consultation with Kyla was wonderful, she explained everything so thoroughly and really made me feel comfortable and like I was making the right decision for myself. Everything has been seamless thus far. I’m excited for what’s to come and so thankful to have found Zappy!

Just the beginning
I’ve only done intake so far and my meds are supposed to be arriving tomorrow but my experience up until know has been fast and great with zappy. I love the interactive forums and easy chat features. It was very simple to sign up and get my labs done. This is a very hands on telehealth company. I will say I wish the cost of the labs was included in the price. When my job requires me to get labs it’s covered. But that does involve them having to find specific places which could require a bit of a drive so I get why it’s not provided I suppose.

The initial lab draw order had…
The initial lab draw order had complications as there was missing information on the doctors order. But customer service was quick to reply and it was resolved without me having to come back to the lab to get my blood drawn. I always get a response from them within a day or two at most.
