Love my new guitar.everthing I wanted and more. Worth the wait. Thanks guys

Got off to a shaky start (email issues, mine not theirs) All resolved. Got the guitar 12/21 shipped fine - in an included hard case. First run across the open strings and I was liberally in love. I don't work for Zager; I'm simply jazzed about my guitar.I have diabetes and arthritis and one the reasons I bought Zager was because their 'easier to play' is no BS. MUCH easier on my fingers than expensive one just got rid of (won't name - wanna be fair to them) I'll probably lower the strings a bit after I've gotten a little more comfortable with it. Bottom line is when took it from the case first time and ran the open strings I've never had an acoustic sound that bright, sweet and potent all at the same time. I already love it! Get one! Leave the others behind!

Quality guitar at an amazing price! So happy to play again even after wrist surgery. Zager makes exceptional instruments!!

My first Zager experience (second owner of a flawless ZAD 20/VS from 2011) is a home run…! At age 80, dealing with arthritis and carpal tunnel in my fretting hand, what a pleasure it is to play such superb craftsmanship. Mr.Zager is a masterful luthier, whose work gives me new hope to be able to perform again. I know I’m a geezer, but with my Zager, I still rock! Thank you Denny Zager — you’re the best. Review: Although Zager is overwhelmed with orders and a short supply of parts, they always have maintained a very high customer service when there is an issue and respond within a 24 hour period. I received my Zager Parlor and it exceeded my expectations in finish and size. Photos do not do it justice. They make sure the final product is well protected with their hard case custom fit. Their steel-string plays like a classical nylon with little effort.

After a few years of strumming a $150 acoustic, I looked into buying a better guitar, I tried the top brands at music shops and was impressed, but their prices were just too high for my budget. Then I happened upon the Zager website and was intrigued by not only their concept of selling direct, but also the money back guaranteed statement. I now have a ZAD50CE that I will never part with! Folks, this guitar is amazing for its sound, ease of play, beautiful craftsmanship and it fit my budget. I was somewhat sceptical of the "pro" reviews, but honestly they speak the truth. So if you are looking at buying a guitar, you need to check out the Zager brand. They have a range of models, all priced well below the competition, and their customer service is excellent! I'm a Canadian who spends time in FL. I had the guitar sent to my FL address, it arrived well packaged and in perfect shape. My son-in-law and his father (both seasoned guitarists), were also totally impressed. JP

Review: This my 2 cents. I am a 68 year old guitar player who was thinking about stopping because my hands hurt so badly. I decided to go for it since I could return it if I didn't like it for any reason. Well, when I opened the box I fell in love. It is amazing how much more I play since I got my ZAD 900 in May!! It just keeps sounding better I think this the finest guitar I have played. I have had aTaylor, my '74 Martin D 41 and everything in between. The action is incredible and sounds great amplified or not. Bottom line is this is a great guitar and the price is more than reasonable. I love the strings I have them on all my guitars. Give them a shot you will be thrilled. My name is Jack G and I am a real person who loves this guitar builder. The customer service is fantastic. Love this outfit!!!

I received my Zager Travel Guitar yesterday. It is beautiful, very playable and sounds great. I played on it all last night. Almost couldn't stop. My old arthritic hands just kept on playing. I bought this guitar for a sit on the sofa and practice guitar, but I plan on using it for much more. Definitely considering buying a larger Zager Guitar, now. Thanks for making such a great and affordable guitar.
