Dennis, I want to thank Dennis Senior, Dennis Jr. and your wonderful staff for the best Christmas present a guy could ask for. When I saw that Zager box appear on my door step on Christmas Eve, it was like I was a young lad on Christmas morning and Santa had left me that special bike under the tree. I was speechless. When I opened that box and saw that beautiful guitar case I knew I was in for something good but when I opened that case and saw my new Zager ZAD900CE I new that waiting all those months was well worth it. I absolutely love that guitar. I love it’s rich tone and how it feels when I am attempting to play it. I know over time it will help this old man become a better guitar player. I already spend so much more time practicing than I ever have before. Thanks for all the little extras you sent with the guitar. Also thanks for the extra strings, did not know I had qualified for the luxury package. I have received everything on the list with the exception of the picks and the strap. I apologize for sometimes being a pain while waiting for my guitar. I am sure this pandemic period has frustrated you folks also. Respectfully yours, Don New

Received my new guitar @ 1 week ago. Beautifully constructed, great, full sound . Loved the adjustable neck to accommodate string height. Hard case accompanied guitar. Easier and more fun to play than my “brand” name guitar! Denny and company always available to talk to. Highly recommend!!

I Received a set of Zager guitar strings ( 3 sets) and in my excitement to un wind the string bundle (somehow ) I let one get away from me....only I just knew it was not in the bundle to begine with , as I had searched all around and couldn't see how I could have missed it ( I have been playing guitar for over 53 years...never lost a string...ever!) Si I e-mailed Zager and told them of the missing string from one of the sets...within an hour they e-mailed back with apologies and a pledge to send me a replacement set...no questions asked!!!! Well, as it turned out, about a hour after that ...I FOUND THE STRING, that obviously WAS in the bundle , and that I must have somehow dropped ( I told them and apologized for my false accusations but also told them of how impressed I am with their integrity. As a retired USAF E8, having served for 24 years worldwide, I kinda know integrity when I encounter it...these folks at ZAGER GUITARS have it DELUXE! KUDOS to yall. We love the Anniversary Special! The guitar arrived perfectly tuned. It is beautiful, easy to play and sounds great! We are very happy with our new guitar, the case and all the nice accessories. My husband likes the Zager better than his Martin because he has arthritis in his hands and the Zager is much easier to play. He also like the way the sound resonates his whole body making it easier to sing. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I highly recommend Zager guitars. In March we purchased the travel size for our 12 year old granddaughter. It is beautiful and sounds great. She loves it and is doing great playing because it is easier to play than our other guitars.

: I was afraid to try the zager guitar because I had seen some unfavorable comments that they were cheap instruments made in indonesia. After getting my guitar, I believe those reviewers have never actually seen or played a zager. The woods used to build them do obviously come from indonesia. I had tried the zager easy play strings & loved them. Because they have a no-questions-asked return policy, claim to be easier to play due to string spacing & height, and were having a fifty year anniversary sale, I decided to upgrade from my Baby Taylor (which IS made in mexico & is not that cheap). There Was a shipping delay because they were waiting on the Grover tuning gears they use. They emailed me, kept me informed about when it would ship, and offered an immediate refund if I didn't want to wait. I quickly found out this is a family business, and they wanted me to be a happy customer. My 50CE zager guitar is only their middle of the line, but it is gorgeous (the videos did not do it justice) & has a wonderful tone. They included a free custom case with digital humidity readout. This is a beautifully handmade guitar & I couldn't be happier with it. I think I got the very best value for the money. I would much rather pay for quality than just a famous name brand.

After extensive reading I ordered my ZAD 80 in Aug. and received it the day before Christmas. The sound and looks are quality from top to bottom. Just love it.
