I want everyone reading this review to know this is legit. I have no connection to the Zager family or company. I live in Scottsdale AZ, am a senior, and I entertain at our gorgeous senior residences here doing songs from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. After trying a buddy's Zager at a show, I was really impressed, and I finally decided to try a Zager guitar for myself. I got the smaller ZAD 80CE OM model, and absolutely love it, for its wonderful tone and its remarkable ease of play. But that is not what I am writing about. I had a minor issue that I wanted addressed. I emailed them the problem, and absolutely immediately they got on it and resolved it, "with concern and urgency!" I mean Immediately! I was blown away with their immediate response. This is the kind of midwestern service that impressed me so much. I am still astounded at how concerned they were that I be happy with their products. These Zager people really care about their customers, their product quality, their reputation with their cutomers, and about the quality culture their family company! Good old midwestern service attitude! They have my utmost respect.

I received my Zager Travel Guitar yesterday and was so very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship that went into the building of this beautiful instrument. It has a very sweet mellow sound. I am very new to learning how to play guitar. I started in December. I was looking for a good quality guitar that I could actually afford and took a chance on Zager. Thank you Zager.

Zager makes the best guitars Ive ever played. I love my ZAD50 CEOM. Ive owned Martin and Taylor guitars. Zager beats them in every way.

I am really enjoying my Zager ZAD20E. Plays great. Sounds great. My emails to customer service with any questions are always welcomed and answered quickly. As an electric guitar player the ability to get a low action with 09-42 bronze ultra lights is amazing. And the form fit hard shell case that came with it was icing on the cake. Thanks guys.

Recently received my Zager parlor guitar and I am extremely pleased. The subtly wider string spacing does make it easier to get clean notes even with my fat stubby fingers, and the guitar is an absolute work of art to behold. The fit and finish are first rate. The communication throughout the process was good, they let me know up front that it would be a couple of months from when I ordered to when the guitar would be done, and updated me as it moved through the process. It is well worth the wait. This parlor has the volume and tone of a larger guitar while being a more travel friendly size. If you live in a smaller space, or travel often, this is the no compromise solution.

I received my ZAD-9000MCE in January. I just want to say how much I love this guitar and appreciate all the love and knowledge that went into making this fine piece of art! Is sounds amazing and plays so nice. The craftsmanship is outstanding! The Fishman Aura pickup sounds incredible. The fit and gloss finish is remarkable and the inlays are beautiful. Highly recommend Zager Guitars! 5 stars!

Ordered the custom made Zager 80CE/N and today it arrived. A beautiful instrument and communication with the Zager family was prompt and personable. They care for their work and the pride in a great product shows.
