Zager GuitarsReviews of zagerguitar.com

Hey guys, if you have not tried a Zager guitar, I encourage you to try one. They are a really nice guitar. I am from Australia, and even though the guitar was not for me, the company was gracious and very professional in regards to getting me a full refund and making all the arrangements for the guitars return. Special shout out to Dennis Zager Jr. as he demonstrated what customer service is all about.

High quality guitar! Thank you!

I received my new Zager Zad50CE a few weeks ago. From the moment I picked it up I said to myself “This is what a guitar feels like”! The quality and the feel of the guitar is what I was hoping for. It sounds beautiful and will resonate for a long time. The strings are very easy on the fingers and allow me to play much longer without the fatigue. I was one who bit and said why not try one. 100% satisfied or my money back. Well, they will not be getting this one back and hopefully I can get another one soon!

I received my 900CE three weeks ago! I am so glad I picked an American made product direct from the manufacturer. The guitar was shipped fast and well packaged. The guitar itself has quality all over it including a humidifier gauge inside the case. The fact that it has a lifetime guarantee persuaded me to buy online. The guitar has a wonderful sweet sound only found in more expensive models. I’m not sure about the fish man electronics but the guitar doesn’t need it to produce sweet crisp sounds. Very happy with my purchase! Definitely a great company to do business with.

I have had my new Zager ZAD-50CE/N for 4 days now. The construction and finish on the guitar is perfect and it looks beautiful! Whatever questions I've had were answered very quickly. The guitar arrived sooner than expected.

I recently received my Zager ZAD 50 -OM guitar. This guitar is beautiful and a pleasure to play. Everything about my experience with the folks at Zager was great from customer service to shipping to the quality of this guitar. I am pleasantly delighted by the quality of the sound - sweet and rich. And this guitar is easy to play (they aren't exaggerating about that). I am a 78 year old wood worker. My grandfather and great grandfather were wood workers. All of that means that I enjoy examining wood work done by others and have a lot of experience with it. This Zager guitar is top quality work from the selection of the wood to the joinery to the finish. Ben

After owning a Guild 6 and 12 string guitar for more years than I can remember, I'm now the very happy owner of a ZAGER model ZAD-50CE /N with guitar case. It arrived at my winter home in Rancho Mirage, CA (dry hot desert environment) in January. I loved the rich acoustic sound immediately plus the lighter weight and string positionings make the playing so much easier. About a month in, I suddenly experienced severe twanging at the higher fret positions. I contacted ZAGER and received a reply IMMEDIATELY from Dennis, Jr. He gave me detailed instructions on how to get lots of humidity inside the body over a 72 hour time frame. Problem solved. The ZAGER guitar company really walks the talk with product and service. I'm delighted! I'll be ordering the Zager Humidifier hole plug as soon as I get to Maine.

I like the Zad 80 CE OM so much that I just purchased the Used Parlor size mahogany E from the used Vault for travel.Really hoping its play-ability is as good as my 80 CE OM. GREAT WORK AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
