Zager GuitarsReviews of zagerguitar.com

You make a quality guitar affordable very happy with my 900 OM love the shape of the neck makes playing easier. Also the tone and the look is fabulous what else can I say about this guitar. Also very much appreciated how fast you got back to me on my emails. Thanks to all at Zager!

Received my Zed 80 CE today. It is absolutely beautiful they play amazingly and they sound amazing. This is my second Zager guitar I had a z e d 50 CE I loved it great guitar loved it so much that I upgraded to the 80. The company is absolutely amazing to work with the customer service their emails and replies when you have a question or quick. The easy play is amazing makes bar chords a breeze. The accessory packages they send with her guitars as everything you need and it's high quality. To me this guitar sounds as good or better than some Martin's Gibson's and other high dollar guitars. This is a great company to do business with and I think them so much. Ron Collins happy customer!

The best made acoustic guitars, hands down. I've been playing many years, and played many guitars. There is not another brand out there that comes close. I don't care how much they cost, they don't compare. I play to escape the bad times that my PTSD kicks in from some bad situations in the military. As soon as I strum a Zager, all that melts away, and things become right for a while. Thanks for making such an amazing guitar.

I bought the ZAD900CE Spruce/Rosewood Acoustic Electric AURA Pro Series 50th Anniversary Tobacco Sunburst, let me tell you that I’m not disappointed at all. It’s like a dream come true. It’s beautiful and sounds amazing. If you don’t have one of Zager Guitars then you don’t know what you’re missing!

This beautiful instrument is in my hands and I can’t stop crying. Thank you for producing a work of art that is made for a 5foot 70 year old gal who never thought with my feeble hands that I would play again. My Zager50CEOM is my lifeline. Hubby passed away last April and being able to write songs about him has helped the grieving process. Everyone at Zager helped me pick the right model for my small hands. The guitar beats my vintage Guild by far. Please don’t pass on the chance to own one of these treasures.

I ordered a Zag 50 a while back and, while impressed, returned it, thinking I really wanted a Martin. The Zager family was right, that trial did not cost me a dime and they were very gracious. Long story short, I purchased a Martin D16 but could never get the Zager out of my mind. With the recent BOGO sale I ordered a Zag 80. I received my guitar yesterday, and WOW! That 80 has an AWESOME sound. I played it till midnight last night. I just could not get over how much easier it was to play compared to the Martin and my older Ovation, and how much better the tone is! Being 68 years old and arthritic this will definitely be my go-to guitar! If you are on the fence about a Zager guitar, GO FOR IT. The quality of my Zag 80 is fantastic, it is easy to play and has an unmatched beautiful full sound! Zager customer service has been great, they answer quickly and are straight up honest people that do exactly what they say. I could not be happier with my guitar. Definitely no buyers remorse here!

I heard about Zager strings and bought some. I now have turned my guitar friends on to them. They are amazing. And don't forget the picks. Once you use those you will never use another brand.

I purchased a Zad80 CE and received it in the fall of last year. I was changing the strings for the first time and noticed a little scuff around the sound hole, like the finish was incomplete. I took a couple of pictures and emailed them to Zager and asked how could I go about fixing it. They responded but it didn't show up in my inbox. About 6 months later, I went to search for another email from them and came across their response saying the scuff was NOT right and they would be happy to replace the guitar or send me a cash difference for the defect. I thought "Surely it's been too long by now to do anything about it". No sir! They stick by their WORD! In today's world you don't see that anymore! They emailed me a FEDEX label and I sent it back. I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to their ZAD900 CE and pay the difference. They said YES! I received the 900 a few days ago and let me tell you, it is worth EVERY PENNY!! It is WITHOUT QUESTION the best sounding instrument I have ever put in my hands. This guitar comes with the Fishman AURA Sound Imaging System and I have paired it with a Fishman Loudbox Performer and this combo makes studio quality output right there in your home. It is the most beautiful guitar I have ever heard! There is no better guitar on the market and it costs a fraction of what other companies charge for the same materials. If that wasn't enough, they love their customers and they stand by their product. They do what they say they will do. In today's world..... Imagine that...... Thank You Zager!! Josh
