Z311 Transport Services. Claims to be veteran-owned. If they are, they were most definitely dishonorably discharged! Was quoted a price for shipping a vehicle from NH to NC. Made the mistake of paying them the brokerage fee up front. After 3 weeks of empty promises and over-inflated quotes WAY above the original quoted price I had to contract a different company to get my vehicle hauled. Bait & switch; seems to be this company's MO. BE AWARE! Hire a professional company. Z311 is not the ticket.

Bait & switch. Given a price (confirmed x 3) as the date approached to transport my car I was not called with a time pick up. I checked in with "Grace Morgan" who said the original drivers truck broke down and now it would be more expensive to get someone else. Grace wanted me to sign a new contract without cancelling the old one, I refused/insisted on cancelling before signing a new one which happened. However the new contract was so much more that I did not sign. They did not offer a cc option for the down payment so I sent zelle and have not received any of my deposit back even though they cancelled the contract and could not provide transport for the price they gave me.
