Daniviette was pleasant and helpful when I called to cancel some medical tablets for my aging Lab. While I brought YUMOVE tablets, it was through Amazon, not YuMove. Daniviette was kind enough to look up options for me, Amazon or Chewy and give me their respective Customer Service numbers. I resolved the issue with Amazon, thanks in a large part one Daniviette being so kind and courteous and helpful. I recommend nYUMOVE for great customer service.

I’ve used yumove for my dogs joints for years with excellent results. Now that she’s older 10+, her mobility has started to decline so I moved to the plus strength yumove. Sadly in her case it’s not made a lot of difference. Yumove were excellent and honoured their promise to refund this trial and have suggested another level of yumove available on veterinary prescription, which we will be trying next. Thank you Yumove from Esther lurcher and myself 😊
