I don’t really see any improvement, at least yet. And first initial double dose was sent only after contacting support. But at least I can manage shipping fast and convenient

The online ordering service was problematic. It gave me a discount code for 50% off, but then interrupted the order to request an email. When I complied and then completed the order, I only noticed later that they had taken away my discount. I called the C/C number at 5:15, but your office was closed. I left a message and then sent an email. Ultimately, they corrected the issue, but it caused me stress and a lot of unnecessary time to deal with this issue.

This review is about customer service. I had an issue with my first ever product ordered where the product was shipped and being tracked but never arrived. It never moved past the in my city stage. I contacted YuMove customer care and have been dealing with Dianevette exclusively since then. I cannot speak highly enough about the attentiveness, responsiveness, courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and instant problem resolution, as well as, follow up correspondence I have received. It has truly been next level service and way more than I expected. We are new to trying the product and have not made it through the first few weeks to see a result yet, but my super finicky, not food motivated dog is crazy for the supplement chews. So far, it's an all-over great experience with the product and customer service. I will review the actual product once I determine the level of benefit.

Easy to see what each product is for. My german shepherd is going to be 9 soon. He is slowing down, and seems to be in pain. He retired as my service dog at 5,and I just had 2 adopt him.
