Your customer service is great. I believe the product is too. However, I began to give the joint supplements to both of our dogs before they reach the age and stage of visibly needing it. Once that happens, it’s difficult to get on top of. So I began the supplements at age 5 and 6. They move around great without any outward signs of discomfort

I have a high drive standard poodle and YuCalm has helped her focus. The pieces are a bit moist and will cling to each other, so when I ran out early, I call the company to see if the bags could be a bit short. The rep sent me an extra bag to help me out! It was so very nice. Since the pieces tend to cling to each other, I now take the whole bag and separate them out to make sure I have the right dosage.

Customer service is great and auto ship is always on time

My dog is only 3 1/2, and doesn't have any soundness issues. I'm hoping this will help keep her healthy going forward. The automatic mailing is very convenient.
