Nobody picked up the phone initially or…
Nobody picked up the phone initially or returned my calls. I just had a question as I was a new customer. Then when I finally got through and spoke with someone they were obviously disinterested and not rude but rushed through the very brief conversation. A lousy first impression of your company. I won’t order again from you unless I’m desperate! You need to pick up some customer service tips from PetMeds or Chewy.

I have been receiving YuMove products for about a year. I have not encountered any problems with shipping. I have not had the need to work with customer service so I cannot give a review for them.

14 year old GSD has PEP!
This has really helped my almost 14 year old German Shepherd. Along with hydrotherapy she has a renewed pep in her step!

I ordered with enough time to keep my…
I ordered with enough time to keep my dog on this,I still have not received my order and it's been 3 weeks and still don't have it. I now have to start over because it's not in her system anymore very very disappointed and don't know now when I will receive it. Will not buy again.
