The product was beautifully packed
The product was beautifully packed, and it actually was delivered to my driveway door, which is protected from the weather. The young woman I spoke with on the phone about the actual product itself ( number of pills included) responded in a very positive and helpful manner and told me the the problem would be corrected.

Helped my older girl, trying on other dog.
I tried YuMove with my older girl who began getting up and moving around stiffly. This really seemed to help so I decided to put my big BC on it as well. He has issues with his wrists and they are often sore. We will see how YuMove helps with this, I'm very happy with the way it's helped my older girl.

My subscription has not been canceled.
Because I have requested to cancel my subscription and they continue to send me the product and charge me.

I can see that we don't have any history of anyone connected with your account attempting to email or call us to cancel, and I can see that you placed two orders on Nov 24th and then your subscription was cancelled on Dec 13. I do apologize if there was any error in your shipments, or if you mistakenly ordered more product than you intended to.
