My 12 year old pug was not going up or down the 3 steps to go out. She was slow and looked like she was stiff. This is the first supplement that she will actually chew. Within 3 weeks, she was doing the steps again. She even has run at times. She gets after her 2 younger pug brothers. I'm am so glad we started this medicine. Thank you!!

The customer service here is by far the best around. I recently was a first time customer for our sweet, perfect, precious dog but unfortunately she had to be unexpectedly put down before I received everything. I sent an email to return all of it but they actually refunded everything and canceled my subscription and told me to donate the items. I was truly blown away by the compassion show to our sweet girl. 🖤

Customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the product as our dog passed. I didn’t expect a refund but the service rep was very caring and understanding and quickly issued a refund. More than anything I appreciate the compassion they had at a very sad time in our lives. I've never found the pill spit out or abandoned in Maggie's food, and I've seen a significant increase in her activity level. She likes to play more like she used to, and there's much less limping on the elbow that used to make her yelp when it was flexed.

My young but oversized dog has had a complete turn around after starting these supplements. He was getting up and laying down so slow that I thought he was injured. After a month he is back to his spry self.
