Disappointed in the shipping
Disappointed in the shipping. Order is sitting. No updates from shipping company. Ordered on Sunday and don't even have an ETA and it's Thursday night.

Dosage question, great service!
I called in to ask about dosage for my agility dog that is "between" small and medium. Customer service rep did a great job answering my questions and processed my order for me.

There was a mistake made at shipping
There was a mistake made at shipping. I was sent a "senior" bottle instead of an "adult" bottle as per my monthly subscription. Then I was sent a second order and I was told it was a "gift" for my dog's birthday. However, it also was labeled "senior". When I called the customer service number, the person was very apologetic and is sending the one correct bottle for "adult" that is supposed to be my monthly subscription. While I appreciate the "free birthday gift"... she can't use it until next year.
