My package arrived but it was just about totally destroyed!! I know that it's not the company's fault but I'm just not happy that I spent money to receive a package that looks like it went through a war zone! I very seldom complain about much but this was too much for me to accept!!!😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭

Yumove its one of the greatest supplements I gave to my German Shepherd which really helped her. Unfortunately her arthritis got worse and we had to have her euthanized yesterday and Yumove refunded my money and told me to donate it to a shelter which Im going to do..

I know a number of people who have used your product on their dogs and it worked very well. Not on our Collie however. Not sure why but it did not do anything. We gave Buddy 4 in his breakfast and 4 in his dinner. Nothing changed. Thank you for trying. Love for now...Barb and Doug West

My Corgi has been on Yu move for many years and with this quality product, a wonderful veterinary team and lots of love, I am supporting his mobility as he ages . I feel that this is why my Norman is still the happiest cat herder in the world. Definitely a noticeable difference at the start without the concern of organ damage with long term NSAID therapy. Customer service was very kind and prompt. Dogs enjoy the chewable products.

I have worked with customer service three times and each time the service was outstanding. In one instance, I had to return product. In another, my order failed to arrive. In this most recent instance I couldn't access my account to update my subscription. Each time the customer service agent was friendly and able to resolve the issue quickly and without dozens of back and forth emails. I love the product too, but the customer service is what will keep me as a customer for years to come.
