The Joint Care Plus tablets for our dog that we receive on subscription from YuMOVE went astray in the post. When I contacted YuMOVE, they couldn't have been more helpful and sent out some more tablets same day. These arrived a couple of days later which was much appreciated as we had run out. Excellent service and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Due to our Boarder Collie's high activity level this product is greatly needed. Her system cannot take the recommended dosage without major upset but none the less can tolerate 3to4 doses a week. With this regimen she is no longer stiff in the evenings and runs and spins all day. Thanks for inventing this product!

My 12 yo mini Aussie seems to have less discomfort with his hip dysplasia since switching to this supplement. I do like the auto shipment option too.

Update: I have to say I haven't seen customer service like this in a LONG time! Within a day of my review being posted a customer rep contacted me through email and informed me that the YuMove+ was the new equivalent of the Senior supplement and even offered an additional portion of the supplements to make up for my problems. We had previously used your Senior Adult supplement. My wife didn't think they were helping that much and they were expensive for our budget. After a few months off your product, she finally noticed the supplement was working and told me to start it again. Except you don't offer the Senior dog supplements anymore. Trying to figure out which current supplement to use now was not easy as the ingredients are not listed except in photos of the product.

I ordered the product and it was delivered promptly.
