Have had the -paid for version for ages, but it has stopped working within the last week, all i get is failed, no reply from them, very poor customer service, will cancell subscription and find a better alternative. DO NOT USE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NO SERVICE. SCAM

I have been using this app for nearly 20 years, and I have a paid subscription. For years I had no problems and everything worked fine. For about 4 weeks now, the app is not working anymore. I try to download videos and it says "Failed" with every video I try. I have been complaining about this many times, but all I get are standard e-mails that I should check if there is an update and that I have to check my firewall and anti-virus. Everything worked fine, nothing has changed on my end, and now it's not working anymore. I think the issue is with them. I tried to find a solution, and soon enough I found out that it DID work but only if I use VPN. How strange is that? It lasted for a week, and now it doesn't even work with VPN anymore. I pay. I'm a loyal customer. But they do absolutely nothing to help me, they never apologize, and I pay for nothing now...

I have notified YTD several times that my subscription to them does not work to download. You do not reply with any help. You email back with the same email that says write your complaint above. I do. I did. Again and again and again. NO RESULTS IM PAYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT DOES NOT WORK. it worked better years ago for free. Im so dissatisfied. I’m a teacher and I need it every single day. So frustrating. I don’t recommend this to anyone!!!!!!!

I have a website. I reviewed the YTD Video Downloader on this site. But after a few days a message came from Adsense. Google announced that this software provides hacking content. I immediately mailed support four times to YTD. I waited for almost 20 days but not a reply. Their support team did not help me at all. So today I have removed the review of YTD Video Downloader from my site. Because YTD Video Downloader includes hacking content which will put a user at risk. So do not install the YTD Video Downloader on your PC. Its support is very disgusting.

I paid via a coupon in Black Friday. I was waiting my Licence for 2-3 days. I contacted them. They told me they do not have my mail. I paid via Paypal. When I gave them my transaction details they told me Due to an unexpected error, no license number was issued when the payment was made. I should buy again at twice cost.

This is the best video downloader and converter i ever have! I use it everytime i need to download videos! The theme is kinda old but I like it! It helps me download my video in maximun speed. This programs actually helpful!

En udmærket downloader, lidt dumt,at de trækker beløbet to gange,og det er umuligt at få kontakt.

YTD PRO is the best app for converting mp3 files. I can really recommend it.
