We recently update our YTD downloader...and it failed to download videos from Youtube. We contacted the company at least 4 times asking for help to get this fixed. No one responded other than assigning a number to our concern. I have told them not to renew my account on YTD. We had no problem finding a great alternative: Wondershare.

I used it for 3 years and this is my 3rd year of my paid subscription. In August 2026 the new update gave me the unpayed version, while I payed for until Januaary 27. The costumer service responded once, but the solution didn't work. I replied several times, but I didnt receive an answer anymore. I try to cancel my subscription for next year, but then the site gives me an error. I have to block the transaction.. very bad service after 3 years.

Worked perfectly well for free, I used it for converting files off my desktop for years. The latest update has bricked the App unless you pay a sub. Free doesn't mean Free anymore it seems, which is misleading.

Where MP4 video codex is common for all software platforms, YTD MP4 codex contains No video track. Useless.

YTD is a 3 class the YTD founder or collaborator or ceo is just sleeping he can't even check on complain or his system is working properly or not i have oais for 4 years and getting over in 2026 September but after the foolish update as ceo is more hungry for money now it tells to upgrade to ultimate arey donk,, i have left 1 year more than Why I will upgrade to ultimate. I mailed 25 complains not even 1 is replied and till date not resolved thats reason you are not resolving as you are in USA and you YTD has not even kept telephone number so might be free from Headache from calls complain. And on top trustpilot support this software ceo as nay be trustpilot gets money cause yesterday I published review they say can't publish. This sometimes trustpilot dies partiality

Der Support hilft nicht weiter, wenn es zu Problemen kommt. Hier ist unbedingt zum Kauf einer Lizenz abzuraten. Die Inhaber der App verhalten sich hier eher mit verbrecherischen Absichten, geben einem zumindest das Gefühl. Lasst die Finger von der App!!!! Vorsicht!!!
