Unprofessional. Worst service. Our order should have been delivered weeks ago, still don't have it. When I call, can't speak to a supervisor. Leave a message, no call back. This company doesn't care because they were paid already by the one we ordered from. Seriously frustrating, disappointing. Cannot believe they are in business. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Better off hiring your cousins neighbor who boosted a truck. WOW.

YRC is the worst customer serivce, I ever experience. I order two different appliances. They came from two different locations. They both arrived at different time. They were also damaged. I called the local YRC office he directed me to the customer serivce. Once I called them, three different time, I was on the phone waiting for over an hour. So therefore, I hung up and I never could reach anyone. The worst customer service, by far. Please do not use this company.

I ordered a product online. Where I ordered it from the customer service was phenomenal, on point!! The company used YRC freight to ship. I recieved a notification stating that someone 18 years or older needs to be at the residence to sign for the package, and that it will be on this date to deliver. I tracked the package it was an hour and a half away from us, so I decided to call and see about when she could tell me it would be here. A lady answered the phone and was even a little put out that I even called. She said we do not service that area everyday. It will be by the end of the week sometime. I apologized for calling and hung up. So I guess I will get my package whenever they decide it's convenient for them to show up!!!

This Company was used in shipping some items I have purchased online in California,,,I live in Orlando,,,long story short,,,the items were picked up in California on Jun 30, 2021,, arrived in Orlando on Jul 9, 2021, after tracking the items from state to state awaiting the items to get here from YRC Freight,,,on Friday afternoon I called them and they said that the truck will be unloaded over the weekend,,,and I will receive my items on Jul 12, no later, well, the weekend came, no unloaded truck,,Trailer number 141315,,after calling them on Jul 12, in the morning, they said it will be unloaded this afternoon, this afternoon came, no call, no unloaded truck as I expected from this type of company,,,mis management,,,so I decided to pay them a visit when I get there, im was told that the truck I still not unloaded and was scheduled to be unloaded tonight again, Jul 12, and that to call tomorrow Jul 13, to see if I am able to pick up the items because it still might not be unloaded,,,,very poor management, very poor customer service,,,,,very poor delivery service,,,,very poor attitudes from certain type of people, I will not got racist I was broght up that way,,however,,,,I think at thi spoint everyone can see where I am going with this,,,,,I will be submitting this the better business Bureau, customer relations for all the companies that use YRC Freight, and everyone else that plans in the future to try to use this company to ship their merchandise....I will continue to exploit them as I wish based on facts not opinion.....

Ripoff, will not present a quote and charged ridiculous high rate, not only customer service is the worst in the nation but staff is rude, incompetent, and will put cutomers at the very end, they DO NOT CARE about cutomers only their pockets, they stole from me, spend days on the phone trying to talk to someone

A horrible delivery service. I've been waiting A MONTH already for my sectional to be delivered from Overstock.com. It was supposed to be delivered three days ago, and after unsuccessful attempts (no answer, ever) to contact YRC, I finally got hold of one of them. She was unhelpful, non-caring, condesending and smug on the phone. She said "maybe next week sometime". I would NEVER use this company if I had a choice. In fact I contacted Overstock.com, and asked if I can switch delivery companies, since it hasnt even left the original warehouse yet. They said no. Warning to anyone thinking of using YRC. STAY AWAY!!!!

I rate this company with 1 star as the software doesn't allow me to score it with 0 stars. Each week they call me to let me know my shipment of 16 solar panels will be coming a week late. Today was their 3rd call. I have the grid and infrastructure built and ready to receive the 16 solar panels I ordered. I have absolutely no faith that I'll receive them next week. They don't care, their advertisement claims are lies, and tell me there's nothing they can do, and I have no recourse. I hope all of these messages reach someone who can shut them down.

ALWAYS gets freight to local hub and then it just sits for days. I have been complaining for years about this, nothing changes. I will not use them, but some people who ship to me use them. The Columbus hub needs ALL new management and customer service reps.
