I was sent a referral code from an existing user. I signed up for a full service where a promotion was included where they deduct about $45 from the baseline price over the next 3 month. Great. I decide to change the plan that I chose while in the trial period and all the promo pricing vanishes. So now I am paying more for less channels during what would be a promo period. And the tech I was speaking with was in downtown Bombay.

Tried watching one show and had almost 3 minutes of commercials every 5 minutes. Canceled the subscription in less than 24 hours and still have to pay for the full month.

I used chat to ask why my bill was higher. The answer I got was ... because the price went up. Thank goodness they told me that because I wouldn't have know. Yes I know the price increased... my question was why and is there anything I can do about it. I was told that I have been with them for a while so there were no promotions and that was going to be the price.... not a problem you just saved me almost 90dollars a month. The price increase was bad enough but the customer service pushed me to where I needed to go...... SO ... thank you YouTube tv for actually saving me money with your price increase

Not only is YouTube TV ridiculously expensive, but too often when the screen gives us the option to SKIP AD, it brings up a nature scene and after a few seconds switches to MORE ADS. Dumb.

YouTubeTV is finally giving us a $20.00 credit for no ESPN and ABC etc… but instead of giving us an automatic credit on our bill- you have to “jump thru hoops” and apply for the credit! WHAT!? WHY!! So some people won’t do it, forget to do it, … would not allow it to work on an iphone- had to use a laptop- what about the people with no computer … just a scam all the way around- GIVE the $20.00 credit automatically!! BUT NO! Trying to keep the $ they owe their customers!!! Shameful!

I actually really liked YouTube TV but had to cancel due to this dispute with Disney. Upon asking for a partial refund due to not receiving Disney owned channels like ABC and ESPN I was denied! It’s not fair to the consumer to have to suffer and pay more for viewing content across multiple platforms. I’m really disappointed!

youtubetv is still charging people 95.00 dollars with tax included but they do not have espn or abc anymore. most channels people watch. but they still want to charge people 95.00 dollars per month.furthermore disney+ hulu espn. has a great deal going on right now

My wife and I paid a monthly payment of $82.99 for YouTube TV. We bought it for 1 reason, to watch football on ESPN, ABC & CBS. The next day, they immediately dropped those channels with no warning and saying they weren't available anymore. THATS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE YOU $83.00!!! I lost a very good customer over this as I'm sure more will follow suit. I'm looking at other choices now and they will not get another Penny from my home.
