customer service is TERRIBLE! and recently there is no more fast forward while watching some programs. 5 minutes of program followed by 3 minutes of commercials. it is IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. phone numbers are "no longer in service". in the past we have liked YouTube tv with some inconveniences but this is just getting worse.

I actually really liked YouTube TV but had to cancel due to this dispute with Disney. Upon asking for a partial refund due to not receiving Disney owned channels like ABC and ESPN I was denied! It’s not fair to the consumer to have to suffer and pay more for viewing content across multiple platforms. I’m really disappointed!

First I really like YouTube TV. I had to cancel it! My account got so messed up it locked me out. It wouldn’t let me sign on with the Gmail that Ive signed up with! They only offer two gmails. Neither have active accounts. I pay via auto pay and my payments are current. This happened a couple years ago too and I resigned up as it made me and about a year later realized I was paying double! NEVER got the money back as they just can’t seem to find the payments!! And keep telling me there are no active accounts! Two weeks later spending hours on email support and chat support it’s the same answer. Finally got someone on chat to follow the last invoice number and lo and behold that account is active. The only way to fix this is to cancel and wait 7 days to resign up but my payments are still coming out. Now let’s work on that! Guess what the answer is there are no active accounts or payments attributed to me, any of my emails or any of my payment methods which incidentally showed a payment a couple weeks ago! That is not an appropriate answer for a multi billion dollar corporation. I’ve asked to have it escalated but the same person tells me to relax and that they are taking care of it. Im past 7 days so I can resign up now but I’m afraid to actually!!! What I really need is to know how to escalate this to someone who isn’t just researching gmails and can actually talk to their AR department. Thx
