Hello! Thank you for your review! We strive to verify our members and prove their legitimacy as people looking to create meaningful connections just like you. Unfortunately, however, there is no such thing as a perfect community (especially if we are speaking of huge communities such as ours) and there might be someone who still manages to join the platforms with incorrect intentions. That's why we also provide our clients with an anti-scam policy that grants a credit refund if it is proven that a member they spoke with on the site breached our policies. We hope for your understanding and would be happy if you could give us another chance to create a better experience for you! Please feel free to contact us anytime at [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist you further with any issues you might be experiencing on the site.

Hi there, our site is all about creating meaningful connections. Our members share authentic messages that are expressive and true to their feelings. However, human is to error, it can happen that a message is repeated. Our website has been operational for a very long time and we are always striving to make sure that all of our members are 100% genuine. However, allow me to ease your mind by sharing with you that we take steps to confirm our members. Also, on your end, you can check if a member has been verified. Every confirmed member will have a verification checkmark on their profile image. We are always ready to address further queries, reach out to us at [email protected]
