This was my first purchase with Your Playmat. I am very impressed with the finished product. The custom image came out better than I would have hoped and I like the material quality. This one was a gift for someone else, I will be purchasing another for myself soon and very excited for it!

I've been ordering from this company for a few years. I have a total of 6 playmats made from them. They're all amazing. Quality is very well done, a very reasonably timed process, price is very good and never had issues on each playmat I recieved. Would generally reccomend in comparison to other competitors.

Absolute shitshow company. Ordered 2 playmats and sleeves on May 31. Sleeves take a bit longer but should still be out within 10-20 days - according to them. June 18 the order status still says "ordered". Message them to find out what the hold up is. They tell me it was shipped already. I ask for a date on that and show them that their system update to me says ordered - not shipped. I get no response beyond "we'll look into it" TEN DAYS LATER June 28 I get an email saying my order has been shipped. Well, partially. The courier tracking clearly says they were only advised of the package that day so the previous rep straight up lied about it. But... according to the yourplaymat status only the mats are in the package not sleeves. I message again. A rep tells me everything is in the same package. I point out (again) that their own system is (again) saying something different and that the previous rep was completely wrong so better check again. No response. 6 days later and the courier has still only been "pre advised" of the package - meaning it hasn't even been handed over yet. Still no response to if my sleeves ARE in the package that is apparently being held hostage, and no update to the order status. Clownshow. Going to PayPal to get my money back and ordering from someone competent. EDIT UPDATE: yourplaymat contacted me and asked me to rescind this review, after they finally dispatched my order. I will not be doing that. It was still hugely delayed, I was still told it was shipped 10 days before it really was, and there was still miscommunication at every turn. That still happened and did not un-happen because you eventually fulfilled an order. But mostly I will not be removing the review, and if I could I would downgrade further to 0 stars, because after all this time and all this headache I received my order today and every single sleeve is printed off centre. Noticably so. My design contains an inner black frame which is now aligned in the bottom right. The mats are... okay. Just that. Just okay. I sent in 300dpi image files, well over the quality requirements for printing, and got solid 6/10 work. Lots of ink bleed. Pretty blurry up close. Looks like you took a 75dpi image and just blew it up. Anyone reading this: please don't waste your money. Go literally anywhere else.

Considering the order was shipped to the UK postage was fast. The product was excellent quality and the image was fantastic. The company even reached out to double check the design with me and provided good customer care.

Yourplaymat have done a superb and immaculate job on my playmat and sleeves. As an Artist, when I see my artwork on something I want to see every detail and yourplaymat did exactly that! Excellent quality! Great communication! 5stars all around! Thank you
