the process for ordering a custom playmat is really easy and intuitive. it took a while for my playmat to arrive, however, upon contact their customer service I was updated on the status of my order and provided with a discount off of my order to compensate. The customer service is friendly and quick to respond. Looking forward to ordering again!

It was good thanks to the makers of the playmat and the team behind this website. The information provided is excellent.

they are a beautiful custom made product, affordable, with a good discount for buying more than one, great customer service also.

I’ve had experience ordering from this site and I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. This time was no different with the 60 custom sleeves. They came out absolutely beautiful and all of them seem consistent for tournament play.

The material is super good, durable and with high definition design The employee (Rachel) was nice and respectfull, always ready to help.

Ordered a custom playmat after ordering some custom card sleeves. The playmat arrived promptly in a little over a week, and I love it. The artwork is crisp and printed well, the card markings on the mat are perfectly sized for sleeved cards, the edge stitching is neat and even, everything is perfect. They even emailed me a reminder when the tracking information updated to say it had been delivered to make sure. Wonderful experience every step of the way.
