Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we’re thrilled you loved the final book. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’re continuously improving these parts of the experience. For a bit of added context: longer books can sometimes take more time to load, and pricing scales with page count. But we’re proud that, on a per-page basis, our books are priced at or below other major photo book printers. Just to clarify one point as well: we do automatically send up to three reminder emails to contributors who register but haven’t yet completed their submission. Thanks again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience!
