I received the 28 day meal plan only to find out that it was for a vegetarian, which I am not. I have sent over numerous requests to correct this issue. I keep getting the automatic response telling me that you are experiencing more than usual requests. There is no person to speak to or any other way to get assistance. This is one of the most frustrating websites I've ever experienced!! Do not sign up for this plan through this website. I'm done trying to work this out. Now trying to get my money back is apparently going to be a struggle as I've requested this too after getting no response from anyone. Very bad business practices. Stay clear EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!! Update: finally contacted 7 days later with a notification that they are going to send my money back. Here's my major problem... It can take up to 7 days. That's 2 weeks from when they swiped my money out of my account. This 7 day delay has stopped me from starting the diet. I am so p-off!!!! Again STAY CLEAR!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT STINKS!!!! Update to your response: I never requested a VEGETARIAN PLAN. Your system has a problem! Try fixing it!!! And why didn't you respond to my request to send my the CORRECT PLAN??? I had to file this report about you to get any kind of response. I would have been a very satisfied customer had you done that. YOU have delayed my start date by a full week. YOUR customer service SUCKS!!! BUYER BEWARE... STAY CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITE!

The recipes are a joke. Recipe 1 Eat a protein bar Recipe 2 fry some chicken and steam some green beans Recipe 3 Put some sliced lemon on top of a piece of salmon and cook Recipes are more or less as simple as the ones listed above Total waste of space time and money

Took the plunge and bought a plan even though I've trained for years and knew what foods are good and what is not but I thought a plan might of been the kick up the backside I needed. After looking through the plan I was really impressed but some of the ingredients I'm allergic to, obviously not their fault. Just found plan wasn't suited to me and felt a bit of a mug for buying it. Decided then to look at reviews, (YES AFTER I BOUGHT AND NOT BEFORE) seen a lot of people had issues trying to get a refund. I contacted company and had an automated response. To my surprise I had the refund show up in my PayPal account yesterday. If like me you are a fussy eater I would say stay away from these sort of plans, if you are not a fussy eater then the plan does have a lot of different meals with all the ingredients listed and portion sizes.

This is some bull. This is not what they promised been reaching out for a week trying to get a refund and have not heard from anyone. Got bank involved to honor a refund.

Complete fraud. They deliver nothing and blame you. No way to contact anyone, forms submitted from site go ignored.

This is not worth the money. I will say that they did provide me an email 'menu' within a few minutes of payment. But over the course of the month, they had only 20 total 'recipes' that were not nuts as a snack or a version of eggs (fried,hard boiled or scrambled, which I do not consider a recipe). While they do list supposed calorie counts, there is no overall accounting for nutrition over either the day, week or month. The food suggestions are terrible compared to what you can get buying a good keto magazine at the grocery store. I mean seriously, one of their recipes was to eat a cucumber with butter. Definitely do NOT waste your money on this.
