WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!
I purchased this site with less than 24 hours of having my exam. I expressed that with “Clair” and she sorta failed to mention that I had to take a minimum of 2 exams before my test in order to qualify for the refund. So here I am retaking this class, owing money to these people that I definitely don’t have (I don’t work) and didn’t even use the site for a total of an hour. I wasted my time, my money and my resources for absolutely nothing. They’re tests are horrible, I do not recommend this site whatsoever for either HESI or NCLEX. Stick with your booklet and EAQs better! :)

We would like to know more about your specific situation (I was unable to find your order information based on the info provided), but, in general, yes, we do require students to "actively use the program", because the program only works if you do the work... (That said, if you requested a refund within 7 days of signing up, you should have received a full refund per our refund guarantee.)
