From the moment I ordered it they were very kind and gave me updates as I asked for them, also the ring itself is amazing quality, I’ve have it for about a year and never take it off and it still looks brand new. They are amazing to work with and have amazing product!

Purchased a ring for my daughter off Etsy. They kept me informed of the shipping times and handling process immediately so I had a realistic timeframe to expect to receive it in the US. The ring is gorgeous and my daughter wears it everyday. Their customer service is what will also make me a repeat customer!

Wonderful ring, super friendly support and fast shipping! Cannot recommend it enough. Was supposed to be my engagement ring - I love it so much, that it has become my wedding ring! Wear it everyday, 24/7, love it!

Very communicative and great customer service. Shipping took longer then expected since it was coming over seas but the team was very responsive and communicated what was happening.

They did an incredible job on my ring and worked so hard to make all the alterations to their design that I wanted for my custom Wedding Band.
