they did a wonderful job communicating the entirety of the shipping process, telling me what was happening at each step (which is particularly important given that it comes from overseas) and all the people i spoke to were very kind and personal. my girlfriend loved to product and wears it everywhere. it fits very well and goes with mostly everything. i’m looking to buy some earrings or a bracelet to match in the future !
