Thank you for your review, although kindly ask you to pay your attention to our creation terms. You made the order on Mar 25th. All our rings are handmade and we need 1-4 weeks to make it. The deadline for the dispatch of your parcel was on Apr 25th - we sent the parcel 100% in time. Estimated shipping time in US is 1-5 business days. We see that the customer received the parcel on Apr 23rd - the parcel was delivered within 5 days - 100% in terms which we provided. Hope your beloved will be very pleased with the ring, we tried very hard on it to make it the best one!
