Kindly ask you to note, that according to our shop policies, we don't have cancellations, because all our rings are handmade and we start the work on the order the same day and make 1 ring for 1 buyer. Although, please note that you have the right to return the ring within 14 days after the delivery like all over the world. We've tried to explain our rules when the customer wrote to us, however, we didn't receive any reply. We tried our best on every our item and hope you remain pleased with your jewelry! Hope for your understanding! Also kindly ask you to read all our rules before the purchase very attentivelly, thank you :)

Thank you very much for your time and sharing your wishes and comments. We understand your situation and sincerely sorry for this story, that happened with the postal services. From our side we did our best – created and sent the parcel with your ring as quick as it can be, unfortunately, we don’t control the post work, although once the customer had messaged us, that she didn’t receive the parcel, we wrote to the post immediately and claim the statement for search of the package. No matter how much we want the parcels be delivered as quick as it can be, however, unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. From our part, in order to reassure the buyer, we always stay in touch, we check the updates that the mail sends us.

You made the order on Dec 19th. All our rings are handmade and we need 2-5 weeks to make it. The deadline for the dispatch of your parcel was on Jan 23rd - we sent the parcel 100% in time. Estimated shipping time in US is 1-5 business days. The parcel was delivered within 4 days - 100% in terms which we provided. We hope that the customer likes the ring, because we tried very hard on it and put a piece of our soul in every jewelry.

We are sorry that the ring didn't meet your expectations for 100%. We are totally open and provide full information about each item as well as 8 photos (including several on the fingers). Also kindly ask you to note, that silver is very soft metal by nature and jewelry, made in sterling silver, requires a bit of care while wearing. Unfortunately, the customer bent the ring, applying extra force to it, and to our deepest regret we can’t accept the return of such item. Also please be informed that alexandrite is very beautiful and interesting stone due to it’s ability to change the colors and hues depending on weather conditions, ambient temperature, humidity level etc.
