Your SurveysReviews of your-surveys.com

They making false accusations, they closed my account saying i m.using proxy (i did surveys on opera and chrome browser), customer support is non existent, very rude staff, do not bother with this website. Is not worth it

I hate this company. Trashy surveys that take forever to finish and always gets disqualified. I was at 100 quality points just 3 days ago, and now I'm at 65!! I lost 30 because I 'failed a trap question' but they literally asked me what beverages did I drink in the last four weeks, and I said coffee, tea, water, juice, soda, and beer (I'm 19 and living in Canada) and then they claimed "I failed a trap question" like what the frick man what's wrong with you. These people are scams and horrible people I hate this company.

I WISH IF I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STAR.

This survey provider tricked me off! I completed an survey smoothly, I found out that I did not get qualified for unknown reason. Getting ripped off after 2 completed survey which wasted my time by not getting credit.

Spent over 30 mins on a survey to not get my points... Twice! Never again.

In my opinion, Your-Surveys.is a horrible company. If I could give it less than 1 stars I would. I was completing surveys and was connected to survey through this company. The survey asked prequalifier questions about ages of children. The survey than asked if my 17 year old son could complete a survey. Which he did. He spend a little more than 1 1/2 hours on this survey. I was suppose to get $1.47 added to my account for his efforts. It was a very detailed survey about television stations. Again this was a very lengthy survey. He could see the survey counting down as he was completing the survey. He was at the very end of the survey, and got a message Sorry you Do Not Qualify for the survey. Now, I did contact there support center. as was only given a response that (this is a quote from their response). "This tends to be when the demographic profilers have been placed at the end of the survey instead of at the start, any data collected from disqualified users is discarded. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over as we do not create the surveys." In my opinion, having demographic profilers placed at the end of a survey is totally unfair, and in my opinion, points more to scams. It seems like a demographic profiler should be placed at the beginning, unless they are only trying to find was not to pay people. With this response, I asked if they would delete my profile as I will NOT be completing any other surveys through your-surveys ever again. It's just not worth the aggravation.

I do on line surveys through a different company but many of these are channelled through Your-Surveys. As others have said the surveys collect data to find what they call a suitable survey and when one is finally found and completed a page appears saying thank you for completing the survey and immediately a T&C, Cookies and Privacy Policy appears with click boxes for agreement. This panel does not respond to mouse clicks and will not go away. This therefore means that the final page to complete the survey cannot be reached. Clicking on the Cookies, T&C’s and Privacy policy takes the user to the your surveys page that has not been updated since March 2018 and a buffering icon continues to rotate for ever. There is an email address that can be used to report this occurrence but there is never a response. I am therefore in agreement with other postings that they are a scam. Not only are they scamming users but they are also scamming the other companies that they are using to channel their surveys through.

Scamsmasters is what they are. They are crooked to boot. After working for almost one hour filling up a survey, they say survey completed but don't pay. Horrendous response from their customer support who nonchalantly claim that the advertiser did not pay them and so they could not pay us and they would be paid after several months and that is when they would pay for the completed survey. Well, you know what? That never happens. I am shocked that the USA and other international governments are not looking into this as they are making respondents work for hours and collecting personal information with a disclaimer to protect themselves and never pay. Your-Surveys is a fraud and since the company is based on US soil, authorities should pick up a sample of their support tickets and investigate what this company has been doing. Ban them.
