They blocked me from the 1st minute that I joined and said nothing. I issued a ticket asking why and they answer that I have used proxy which I totally don't know what they are talking about. After that they have not provided any solution and now I have to wait for a week asking them how to fix the damn problem. Useless customer service, rubbish website. Don't waste your time on this bad company.

Son unos sinvergüenzas, completas encuestas correctamente y te descalifcan aposta para no pagarte los creditos, son unos usureros se quedan con toda tu informacíón sin acreditarte los puntos. No recomiendo son unos ladrones roban información y luego no pagan los creditos.. Alejaros de ese sitio de estafadores.

Banned for no reason. I filed a ticket and they unbanned me but 5 minutes later they banned me again! Not even worth the fight anymore because this is one of the sleaziest survey sites out there!
