Le site est mal conçu, car dans les questions, il y a des options qui ne correspondent pas toujours à notre situation. Malgré cela, un score nous informant si on a bien répondu ou non s'affiche. Le compte est facilement bloqué pour des violations ayant trait au système. Pour le débloquer, il faut contacter aller sur le site, ouvrir un "ticket" (une demande), mettre son mail en copie et savoir parler anglais. Une femme du SAV m'a rapidement répondu et a débloqué mon compte, en me répétant les conditions. C'est uniquement pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse que je n'ai pas mis une étoile, car le système de Your-surveys est vraiment à revoir. On répond correctement et honnêtement – du moins, on essaye –, et on a droit à un compte bloqué sans en comprendre la raison, ce qui peut frustrer et énerver.

This is the worst ever website I have ever used for grabpoints! It said that I completed a survey, and then it brought me to ANOTHER survey and then it said, this survey wasn't a good match, 25 minutes of my time, WASTED.

My main and recurring gripe is they keep a "QSCORE" rating how honest you reply. To ensure you are not rushing, that you "answer open questions" appropriately. Yet recently they sent a survey having choices replicated 3-10 times or coded 3 choices buy only one had text visible, or a question had 2-3 choices but only 1 was selectable. Zinger ending: I was penalized points for answering these BOOBY TRAP questions. And when confronted by this, they restored my QSCORE points. Not an isolated instance; I have record of this happening 2,3 times recently.

I would never join this site directly, unfortunately their surveys are offered on multiple other sites so you cannot avoid them. I got blocked for apparently using a proxy , vpn or some other app. I am now unblocked as I asked to be given specific information as I had not used any of the mentioned problems. It does leave a nasty taste.

I use YourSurveys on a lot of Survey sites, in particular, PrizeRebel and Grindabuck; it served me quite well and I would get reliable points every day from it. Although you would get disqualified a lot. I made a lot of money using this place. But one day I was using my VPN, while Google was closed to get some torrents and after I download the torrent I shut off the VPN and open Google and go on PrizeRebel, I go on YourSurveys and get onto the page where you continue to the Survey. And then I get this screen saying I am blocked, I don't accept this but still, I apply for a Ticket telling them I am apologetic when I wasn't as I had Google closed, but they don't respond to me for 13 days when apparently the norm was below "2 days". And when they did respond they said I would just have to be blocked for another month as punishment. So my conclusion about this site was that although it rewards you well at the beginning. If you have any problems with your account. Just accept that YourSurveys won't be providing any more surveys for you. And if you use a proxy or VPN guys. Get Task Manager open, end the Chrome task, go on Chrome again and use the VPN from there because if you don't. You're doomed. That's is why YourSurvey is a s*** place to do surveys.
