It seems to me they allow users to misuse their survey privileges, after lifting their restrictions, time after time, or by allowing them to have multiple accounts to complete surveys, while others who complete them honestly can't get sufficient customer service. I wish they would permanently ban these people.

YOUR-SURVEYS IS ONE OF THE WORST SURVEY SITES EVER ON THE INTERNET!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE A VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! FIRST OF ALL THEY RANDOMLY DROP 20 POINTS ON "SURVEY REJECTED" WHEN TAKING A SURVEY THAT I DIDN'T REJECT!! THEY JUST TRY LOWER QUALITY SCORE AND STOP PEOPLE FOR TAKING ANYMORE SURVEYS WHICH IS VERY STUPID!!! SECOND: THEY PERMANENTLY BLOCKED ME FOR NO REASON!!! THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO BAD!!! IT IS ONE OF THE BIASED AND CORRUPT SURVEY PROVIDERS EVER!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ANYWAY. SERIOUSLY, PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! its one of the worst they refuse to answer you in a logical and honest manner, they keep adding or knocking down point to your quality score and you will never know how or why

They are not transparent regarding possible rewards before starting a survey. From their FAQ's "Your Surveys will use these funds to pay you in the currency on your favorite rewards platform." There is no list of what those rewards might be & since I don't have an account with them it makes it impossible to find & I suspect the survey offered was due to a referral/redirect from a different survey site that I do use.

Ok so I just completed a 1 little survey on Your Surveys but from LINE app to get LINE Points. And I've completed the survey by answering some questions about my very personal information. It says I got 100 quality score but when I check on the LINE app I haven't gotten the 9800 LINE Points(kind of expected it). So I was wondering if answering on the site(through LINE app) with my very personal information is a really dangerous thing to do or they might scan/search all of my personal data in my phone? Is it possible they might hack my phone/finds my location/get information on my personal data(like mobile phone passwords,email,mobile number,apps I've used recently,use my phone to spend money when I'm not buying anything, etc)? Please help because I'm afraid something bad might happen to my family.
