YS has a lot of bad reviews. You can't really draw a conclusion that the site is terrible because of these reviews, simply because of how biased it tends to be. If someone has a bad experience (docked points, banned) they'll likely come here and type up an angry review to complain. If someone consistently has good experiences (receiving their rewards, nothing wrong) they'll keep using the site and never think of writing a review. Also, YS obviously never intentionally wants to incorrectly ban people. That usually means lost revenue/users for them. Many of the low star reviews that complain caused their own problems, so take them with a grain of salt. Personally, I've never had problems with the site. Done plenty of surveys, only lost a point once due to failing a quality check. IF YOU PROVIDE CONSISTENT, TRUTHFUL, AND DETAILED DATA, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE SITE.

The worst! They are the most dubious and rogue survey site / partner out there and if you encounter them... RUN. They even rip you off with quality questions where you select the appropriate name for the image but when there is no name listed and you say none of the above, they take it as you are wrong and still take points from you! Then there are the mysteriously -20 quality scores randomly appearing. I have had 0 issues until lately. I know Covid is hurting a lot of business but ruining your reputation over it...? As the surveys are through a survey partner in my case, make them aware; the more of us that complain chances are something can be done about it.

Used to have a score of 300 and used to earn a far few points but start of this year they have docked -20 points repeatedly and now blocked me from taking surveys they are scammers and places like prize rebel needs to distance themselves from your surveys i have submitted 3 tickets no response dont waste your time guys with these!!

You get deducted points even if you don't qualify for a survey or delete without even opening. I have been deducted two lots of 10 points when I haven't qualified for any surveys! Stay away

Algunas preguntas no tienen respuestas, muy mal servicio y no da recompensas

I am beyond irritated with this company. I started getting an error when trying to log into the survey router from instagc and swagbucks. It said internal server error. Makes you think, oh there is a problem with their site. NOPE. Still could not get in. emailed them since I could not get their site to pull up. Of course, no response. I then went in through my phone data which is not blocked to get to the site to find out I am blocked. What the actual heck. If I am blocked, tell me so and let me plead my case. Don't make it out to be a site issue. Very irritated with this.

It redirects you to a scam website which collects your information then sells them.
