I completed two surveys and received acknowledgment the survey is complete. After this acknowledgment no communication about credit points. The message I received after completion of the survey is " You will get paid through your favorite website. Many new surveys are added everyday. We'd love for you to come back and try any of the new surveys we have selected for you" Since after this message no communication at all.

Da qualche tempo, mi ritrovo bloccato l'account cinque giorni sì e uno no. La sezione Support ormai è diventata un romanzo a puntate. Dicono che utilizzo un proxy o un VPN, ma non è vero. Ormai non so più in che lingua dirlo. Ho letto altre recensioni e vedo che non sono l'unica in questa situazione. Ormai sono rassegnata, anche perché non vedo cosa altro potrei fare!

It is really very bad site it takes our opinion after the Survey is about to complete suddenly it tells that we are not selected. It took my many points worth many dollars. I think a strict action must be taken against this as our time is precious to us and they are doing frauds with us.

I know by score! However, I noted since years ago, some of their's partners tend load your-surveys (YS) page showing a score at 100, I thought "wait a minute", there no way score be dropped that low and closed that. Right now one of their's partners named as "SpectrumSurvey" does same. This I contact YS via ticket by requesting to enable image uploading to prove my point. All comments made from that support staff were completely irrelevant and nothing on situation! If you're banned, I suspect this YS negligent allowing those partner cheating you. Very unprofessional of their's part. So to improved quality assurance between survey taker and YS, I suggested rating system so we can rate based on support staff responses. So I highly recommend all to do by sending general email at email address found on YS page to end stupidity of YS
