Overall this site is good for the surveys it gives cause you can sometimes get the really short ones but even the longer ones aren't that bad. Course, none of this matters in the end though because of the underlying fact that your account can get blocked for just about anything. My account was blocked for "proxy use" because I had a VPN open by mistake when I tried to get on the site one day. The support team is either literal robots or brain-damaged people. Tried to get my account unblocked but of course that isn't possible because the "people" who run this site are morons. Explain my full situation in detail and the "Site admin" can only respond with "A proxy has been used on your account. We do not allow proxy use, therefore your account will remain blocked" while telling me right after a full list of why they don't allow proxies and what they are as well as telling me the possible causes and how to solve them. But apparently those causes and solutions don't matter cause right after they just tell me the same duplicate message telling me I "used a proxy" and that my account will stay blocked. And the entire reason they don't allow proxies is because they're so concerned about some random person in a foreign country trying to take one of their random surveys. You'd think a site so up tight about people only from the U.S taking surveys there would have an actual better way to verify it than having a checkbox and carelessly detecting their location. They could also have actual customer support to help people get unblocked that are falsely accused of doing these things, like me. And the funniest part about all this is that I was only doing the surveys from an offer wall on a Robux site, and yet these people are acting like I'm trying to sabotage their data and results by not being in the U.S. If you're gonna use this site, take every step you can to make sure you don't mess anything up. Other than that, screw you YourSurveys.

This is such a Trash company. everytime I go on the site to complete some surveys, they just block me with no reason at all. and then I need to wait 60 minutes. then sometimes when it reaches to 1 minute it just restarts to 60 minutes again.

Hit or Miss, not worth the time. I had a score of around 350 earlier this summer, now I don't even bother with them. They get you with a charge back, stating your answers were bad AND dock you 20 points. All without really telling you why. ...I just finished a 30 min survey that must have had 300 question, all the way to the end ...THEN got an all purpose denial.

totally waste customer support team and no any replay for enquiries or tickets.
