This is the worst ever website I have ever used for grabpoints! It said that I completed a survey, and then it brought me to ANOTHER survey and then it said, this survey wasn't a good match, 25 minutes of my time, WASTED.

I have been doing surveys for like 2-3 years, and then one day I got a red light on my quality score, and I asked about it. The people said that I was rushing the surveys, when in fact I wasn't! I made a mistake of messaging for help as I think that I may have been banned! The guy who I asked for help basically said to me to own up and acknowledge that I been doing wrong when really, I HAVEN'T! I try to do Cint Surveys, and they also host some Your Surveys routers, and I face a glitch where the ask for my location, post code they say is wrong when it isn't, then I finally managed to get past the first part, and on the second they ask for my name and surname, and when I click continue it just keeps on refreshing. I try to open a support ticket, but I face error 404, so I am starting to think that I have been banned. Also, this hasn't been something recent. It has been there for months, and basically I can't do surveys on this router. Right now I just completed a survey, and they thanked me for doing it, then after clicking finish it says the survey didn't match! WHAT'S GOING ON! Dynata is more fair, and I have like a 90% completion rate of doing surveys on them, and they are an honest company. Any one who is looking to submit surveys to this router, I suggest that you take mind my experience as I am sure that you are going to probably face the same issue that I have faced.

Es un engaño te tienen respondiendo más de 20 preguntas para que luego te diga que no califica todas las encuentra que me enviaron pasa eso es un engaño total estafa a ellos les sirve nuestra respuestas y no nos dan nada a cambio

Would give 0 stars. A disgraceful, dishonest and scam company, stay well away. They constantly accuse you of using a VPN or proxy, they take off your quality points for no reason whatsoever, the customer service is appalling.

This survey site is awful. I have been docked points for using a proxy surver and VPN. I have no idea what this is and asked my partner who works in tech. Apparently, this is not possible on our internet. They are constantly docking large amount of points for failing "quality checks" but only award 1 point for a completed survey. Con merchants. Steer clear.

My main and recurring gripe is they keep a "QSCORE" rating how honest you reply. To ensure you are not rushing, that you "answer open questions" appropriately. Yet recently they sent a survey having choices replicated 3-10 times or coded 3 choices buy only one had text visible, or a question had 2-3 choices but only 1 was selectable. Zinger ending: I was penalized points for answering these BOOBY TRAP questions. And when confronted by this, they restored my QSCORE points. Not an isolated instance; I have record of this happening 2,3 times recently.
