It's better not to participate in surveys through Your Surveys. They will never pay. And their support will always reply with some generic response which is of no help. One of the worst in business.

"your-surveys.com" is the worst and most terrible website I have ever seen. They try to scam you with their "Your answers are completely anonymous" promise. They ask you for your personal information and money. Don't get tricked!

Got banned for no reason and they won't respond to my email. Stay away.

Their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I have been having issues with one of this provider's survey routers on a site that I use a lot since MID JULY, and have contacted Your Surveys customer support people on numerous occasions to get the issues addressed. It is now AUGUST THIRD, and my issues have not been fixed. It always takes the Your Surveys customer support people forever to respond to any tickets, and even then when they DO bother to respond it is usually a copy/paste type of deal. I shouldn't have to be sitting here waiting for them to fix my problem for this long! Incredibly unprofessional and annoying.

This YOUR SURVEYS company is not a good survey site. They act like an old conservative aristocrat punishing you if your in multiple surveys at a time. Even if their survey is slow and not moving so you automatically want to make use of your time and go to another until it comes up you get docked of points in their account. I also have noticed if you go too fast in a survey you get docked points. I for the most part am a fast person and I read all the answers and can go quite fast and still be accurate. But you have to act slow and take a survey like your grandparents would or you get docked points. Sometimes without even taking surveys my points will go down and I look in my account to see why and there will be no notation of why. Your surveys you can take through Vindale Research and other survey companies so trust me you want to avoid this. If your points go down really low they block your account. Waste of time. Avoid their surveys!!

I was asked to update my new information any changes made on a survey. I updated the correct information honestly put I moved to another state apparently they don't like Tennessee folks. They blocked me right after. I thought your supposed to block dishonest people not truthful people.
