This is my first experience with extensions and I am very pleased. Once I ordered the right color, the color match to my hair was perfect. I plan on staying a customer and truly love the look and feel of my hair. I did however purchase the wrong color initially and the return process was not very easy. Other than that. Love the company.

I have ordered two pieces from Youngsee, including a recent custom piece. Their customer service representative, Mayze, was excellent about responding. She answered all of my questions and took the time to give thorough, thoughtful information, which I really appreciated. The custom piece took a few weeks longer to arrive than originally promised, but the quality was very good. It even arrived slightly longer than what I had ordered, which worked in my favor and allowed extra room for custom cutting and styling. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Great color selection and fair quality - genius wefts last 3-4 months before becoming dull/ dry. Ensure using surface free shampoo to extend life of hair.
