First thing the hair quality is AMAZING
First thing the hair quality is amazing! It’s soft, no odd smell, great color. Additionally they always have some sales and the deals are good and I always try to get extra, recently I ordered 12 bundles and contacted me about a possible issue with my orders and they emailed and texted me which is nice because I would never have seen the email! And we were able to resolve everything. Everyone who works there is so sweet and accommodating to every customer!

Ordered just after the Memorial Day…
Ordered just after the Memorial Day weekend, which on top of additional shipping regulations, slightly delayed order being shipped. I didn't consider this before emailing Youngsee to ask about the timeframe, however, not only did they get right back to me, Giselle went out of her way to explain the process and get my package shipped literally that same day. She was patient and kind and I look forward to ordering more from them in the future. One-of-a-kind customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of these extensions and the customer service I received afterward.
As soon as I discovered the problem, I contacted customer service requesting assistance and a possible return or exchange. I never received a response. Now, after filing a dispute, the company is claiming they cannot find the emails I sent. Ironically, they are making this claim from the exact same email address I originally contacted.
To make matters worse, they initially offered me only a $50 refund on a product that cost approximately $500. Later, that amount was increased, but neither offer comes close to addressing the fact that I was sold a product that cannot be used as intended. I did not spend hundreds of dollars to receive a partial refund for unusable hair extensions.
This experience has left me with an expensive product I cannot wear and a company that appears more interested in minimizing its financial loss and the removal of a negative review than standing behind the quality of its products. Based on both the product quality and the lack of meaningful customer support, I would not recommend this company.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with YoungSee Butterfly Extensions.
The tape on the extensions was so thick that it could not be properly concealed under my natural hair, especially at the crown, making the extensions very noticeable. In addition, the quality control was inconsistent. Some pieces had smaller tape tabs while others had large, uneven edges, which made installation and blending even more difficult.
What frustrated me most was the lack of customer service. I contacted the company via email, which is their recommended method of communication, to inquire about returning the wefts for a different set. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Being completely ignored after reaching out for assistance is unacceptable.
Between the poor quality, inconsistent manufacturing, and nonexistent customer support, I cannot recommend YoungSee Butterfly Extensions. I am very disappointed with my purchase and will not be purchasing from them again.
