Young Living is not the same as when Gary was alive. Each year after his death, one by one, things started to change. Now, a "Loyalty" order that you pay 14 bucks for shipping can take up to two weeks to get to you! It never used to be like this.

Been on the Balance and Burn for 1.5 months and have noticed no change...I'm very disappointed.

Not sure why people (cultists) still believe in and use this charlatan company. The owner was a crook on many levels and their products were shown to carry false claims countless times. Their oils are shite compared to legit companies selling true unadulterated oils AND YL is usually more expensive than others though their products are unreliable and just ick. YL and DoTerra both sell altered oils in an MLM marketplace and care nothing about product quality or consumer safety.

Their owner drowned his own child in a hot tub. Right after birth.

Over charging and over shipping. Customer service is no good.

Terrible compagny, sales people are soo annoying and do not take the world « no » for answer. Please educate your sales people + it is very expansive while being very similar to other essentials oils.

I ordered back in October for my mother in law a one time order sent to her on her card and then ordered one time order for me on my card sent to my house. They messed up my mother in law order but not to bad so we let it go. In December she received another order but didn't order. She called and they said its promotions for mess up. Then again in January. I checked my account and was charged both times for her order. They said they will refund me when I return box however labels I was promised 24hr to return box is still not in my email 5 days later. We need people who speak and understand English. They repeat same word like its a script and don't do orders correctly. The product was wrong, way it was set up wrong and still waiting for labels to correct it. Don't appreciate almost $800 extra on my card!

Ganz seltsam alles. Ich habe auf einmal eine Bestellung in meinem Namen erhalten, die ich nicht getätigt habe. Laut meiner Kundenberaterin sollte ich mich in einem so genannten Treueprogramm einschreiben, angeblich wäre es dann günstiger für mich und ich bekomme ein günstiges Set, was es so nicht mehr so schnell gibt... Dann hatte ich tausend Nachrichten bekommen von ihr, wie ich mich dort einloggen soll usw. und wurde schon etwas gedrängt, zu bestellen, damit sie ihre Punkte bekommt, ich wüsste schon was sie meine...also habe ich dann was im Wert von 190% bestellt. Nach einer Woche habe ich mich dann wie besprochen aus diesem Treueprgramm abgemeldet, das war schon ganz schön kompliziert!!!! MANOMAN!!! Jetzt auf einmal bekomme ich eine Bestellung angezeigt, die ich nicht getätigt habe, über 200€ und ich habe keinen blassen schimmer, was mir da jetzt angeblich geliefert wird. Über dieses Treueprogramm hatte man Lastschrift angegeben, wobei einem jetzt schön irgendwelche Gelder abgebucht werden... Als ich meine Beraterin angeschrieben hatte, meinte sie , keine Ahnung was das ist muss ich mich selbst kümmern...kann die Annahme ja verweigern...ist klar! Bei der Bestellung konnte es nicht schnell genug gehen und wenn man Hilfe braucht, dann ist es völlig egal. Also wenn es nach mir ginge, Finger weg, noch nicht mal ein Stern!!!
