Experienced serious bugs with the system - not being able to reliably link our banking info through WePay, unable to add event pictures (did wait for refresh that never happened), custom event link malfunctioning half the time & not refreshing. Biggest issue - No one is there to answer questions or support you! I've been desperately trying to reach out to them via email, social media, and their website (their chat live help is down) for a week to no avail. I have to reprint and revise hundreds of parent fliers because of this. How can you trust them with your fundraisers or money? Update - Not fixed. I made a whole new fundraiser and reprinted everything for our students/families at my own expense to resolve the issues. Don't think it's quite a "mission accomplished" on this one folks. Glossing over system issues won't improve the site or service experience.

Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to review YouCaring.com. I do apologize for our delayed responses, our User Relations team has been working tirelessly the past couple of weeks due to the natural disasters. I see that you first reached out Tuesday 9/12/17 and someone was in contact with you Saturday 9/16/17 and it looks like the issues are resolved. Again, we're very sorry for the delay but we thank you for your patience. Best, Tawni

I set up a fundraiser, then the next day went to set up sharing to Facebook and the entire thing had just disappeared from the Youcaring site. Now it's there again, and "my account" works again when I click on it. Hopefully just a temporary glitch.

Several issues along the way, of which none have been responded to by the Youcaring staff. 1. there is a option to donate to Youcaring.com, which seems pretty forced, as the option not to, is fairly well hidden, and that scares away people. 2. money has been disappearing twice on my account, with absolutely no idea why, and no response from the Youcaring staff, despite several attempts at contacting them 3. getting the money paid out, seems nigh impossible, and once again, no response from the staff one this one either. So yeah, works fine and such, right until money gets into the picture.. And still waiting to figure, how to withdraw the money for my dying mother. Maybe they´ll even respond before it´s too late... otherwise i guess they just turned it into a funeral fond instead. Thank you Youcaring.com!

I would like to know where on the terms the additional donation directed to the website is located? my donors are complaining that a 10% of their donation is being billed on top of their donation. This acceptance is often missed when is done on mobiles because the text font is very light. Some of my donors have missed and were billed this additional 10% (which I think is excessive).. for example if one is to donate $1,000 to my fundraising, then, the donor total would be $1,100. Yes, they received two receipts but on the receipt it does not specify why is the 10% charge is for. How can I respond to my donor if this happens. My page is stuck because I have made my donors aware of this and they are afraid they would click too soon on the amount without noticing. I walked on of my donors through to change the 10% additional youcaring donation to "other amount" and then to "zero" donation, but it was exhausting to get to that point. I don't want my donors to be inconvenienced. I have let my donors know because I want to be honest but I think the website is misleading on this portion.

Hi Martha, Thank you for taking the time to review our site. We're sorry for the confusion this may have caused. Most crowdfunding platforms will charge the fundraiser (you) at least 5% in platform fees on top of the processing fees! You can read more about fees here: https://www.youcaring.com/c/free-fundraising Since we don't charge the fundraiser, we rely on optional contributions from donors to help sustain our operating costs. Again, this is an optional contribution and donors do not have to contribute to our operating costs. This can be found in our Terms of Service under Section five: https://www.youcaring.com/c/terms-of-service You can also see how to edit the contribution here: https://help.youcaring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205129765-How-can-I-edit-my-contribution-to-YouCaring- If a donor did not wish to make a contribution to YouCaring when they donated, they can reach out to our User Relations Team for a refund at [email protected]. Again, thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing YouCaring. If you have any other questions please reach out to [email protected]. -Tawni

It's not working for me isn't it. My post have been up for a while now and to date no one never donated a dime.

Hi Garnett, Thanks for taking the time to review YouCaring. I'm sorry you have not received a donation. Fundraising is hard work and your first round of donations usually comes from your network of family and friends. Successful fundraisers share their campaign with their network and community often. In hopes that their network will share it with other networks. This is generally how a fundraiser spreads outside of one's own community. However, there are other ways to get your fundraiser out there. I'd suggest taking a look at our blog for more tips and ideas: https://www.youcaring.com/blog . I'd also suggest taking a look at our 12 Days of Crowdfunding Lessons to help improve content on your fundraiser: https://www.youcaring.com/blog/crowdfunding-lessons. Your fundraiser has also ended due to the deadline you added to your fundraiser. If you wish to continue fundraising you will need to remove the deadline so the donate button can show on your page. Thanks again for your review. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our User Relations team if you have any more questions or concerns at [email protected].
