It was easy to launch and create the fundraiser. The team and support is responsive. All aspects have been great.

My husband passed away recently and we have 2 children together which I have custody of and a family member of his started a youcaring page for my children without my knowledge or permission which is against your rules but you allowed it even though I have repeatedly notified you of this and you have done nothing. She has the money and who knows if my children will ever see it. My daughter has asked me to get her the money and I have tried but all I have received was a very cruel. and threatening email saying they have every right to run a charity for my children and keep the money. if this is how you run your charity I would not recommend anyone use your site.

Having crowd funded for various creative projects with other platforms, YouCaring, by contrast, is relatively easy to set up and update, cost effective and transparent in the handling of funds during my crowd funding campaign, which I've set up to defray the medical expenses since I've been diagnosed with breast cancer. Only complaint is that around 10% of people who wish to contribute don't seem to be able to, getting stuck on the donation page for some reason. This is a shame when I have a stack of medical bills and my compadres wish to help.

I have recommended this company to two friends and both have loved it as well. Honest and easy to set up.
