I was able to set up and admnister my funding campaign quickly and with little effort. Instructions were easy to follow. The emailed recommendations - to add a photo, send an update, etc. - were especially helpful as I was a first time fundraiser. I chose the option to have the funding recipient access the funds directly (versus me providing it to them). He was not very computer savvy and had an issue setting up his bank account. YouCaring support responded within an hour with instructions and advice.

A tragedy struck our family and we reached out for financial help. The setup was easy and many people generously donated. I chose YouCaring because they charge less than some of the other donation sites do.

I never imagined that this would be as helpful as it was in showing our communities support.
