They delayed my order multiple times. Took several phone calls/emails to get a response. They lost a customer

Preorder was supposed to show up at the end of May and never did. Never got any emails updating the situation and when I reached out multiple times for updates I never received any emails back. Will not be doing business again.

Ordered end of June for July 4. Received one email that the order was received and crickets sent. I would like to have a refund

Initial order received on 6/22/24, still have not received order as of 7/9.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 bottles one was pre order. From the other two only be was shipped. The bottle of whiskey wasn’t shipped because it wasn’t processed the same time as my other bottle and got a refund. I did t mind that. The pre order kept getting pushed back and I understand with availability with the manufacturer it takes time. However the vodka became available thru the manufacturer and still is available to purchase thru the manufacturer. I’m still waiting to see if my vodka is getting shipped to me or if I’m getting a refund. No response after 2 emails sent to them. I have already purchased 3 bottles on different occasions from the manufacturer and have had them shipped to my house but nothing from booze.

I placed the order on 6-24 , received a shipping email on 6-28 but still have not received delivery.

business needs to be shut down!! CROOKS!!! Pre ordered blackberrycrown in Dec. 2023. Ordered 2 additional bottles in June 2024 when they tripled the price. Made calls monthly and spoke with Rachel, who had every excuse under the sun. Long story short, had the two bottles ordered in June 2 weeks later. Called to inquire about pre order bottles and they refunded my money. Of course, when you are selling it for $70/ bottle!!! Cant really use the language i would prefer to use, but YOU SUCK!!! Use BML(Buy My Liquor) or LNL(Lost in Liquor) to pre order. My order shipped the SAME DAY!!! #&%$ YOU BOOZE!!!

Item never shipped. I should have read the reviews first. Maybe this will save someone else the headache. Its been escalated through Paypal to get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
