They got me the product quickly for a mere $85 delivery charge! $271 total for products worth $90, but I needed it in a hurry and they did meet the time demand.

I never received the order I placed online and calling you phone is a waste of time since it always goad to recording and no return calls are mde.

Order came in late. Called to see why. Was told the engraver was down. Then told it was working and they would get on it and ship it overnight. 4 days later it arrived and it didn't have noting engraved on it. Total rip off.

Ordered 6/16. Charged on day of order. Never recieved shipping notification and support emails go without response. This place sucks. According to website they know how to spell support but can’t operate a computer to answer concerns. Cant believe I had to give them one star just to be able to let people know. There is no option for negative five star reviews.

I ordered a bottle of Mascota Tequila Blanco, however I was shipped the Mascota Tequila Rosa Blanco, I cannot get anyone to email me back and I can't get through to anyone on the number that is provided.

Buy elsewhere! Order took over 2 weeks to ship and they accidentally only shipped half my order. When I told them it took them another 2 weeks to get me the 2nd half. So after a month and multiple messages and pictures sent I finally recieved my complete order and 1 can had a hole and was leaking...

I ordered a hard to find bottle of Bourbon at a great price on May 22, 2024. On May 28, i received a phone call from YouBooze informing me that the bottle was different from the photo and if I was okay with that. I was fine with it and was told they would ship it out immediately. I waited a week and nothing-then called myself and was told that it was "out of stock" - something tells me they sold it at a higher price to someone else because of the rarity- otherwise why the initial call to make sure I was okay with the different bottle look and them telling me they were shipping it out. In any case I agreed to substitutions as of June 11, 2024 with a promise that it would be shipped on Friday, June 14, 2024. NOTHING. Called and emailed several times with no response. Calling my credit card company for a charge back as I believe this is either a scam company or totally incompetent people. i advise all of you having issues to do the same- they will dangle that carrot withy promises and keep none.

I placed, and paid for, an order on June 9th. They told me it would arrive between June 14th and today. Now that the deadlines have passed, I've received zero updates or messages! I checked on order history, and the "Fulfillment status" shows "Unfulfilled". So they haven't even started the order for the product yet from the distributor! It could be that you booze is not an authorized party to obtain my product from the distributor, I even gave them the distributor contact info to speed things up. I would have preferred ordering directly from the distributor, but its not allowed yet for regular consumers. I really hope this restriction is removed ASAP. Meanwhile, where's my product. It should have been shipped already!!
